We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Manager to join us! You’ll report to our HR Chief of Staff and work closely with a subset of our HR team, collaborating with other business managers to:

  • Keep our HR Rhythm of the Business (ROB) running smoothly
  • Drive progress on our People Priorities
  • Boost team health and community

This hybrid role is location in Redmond, Washington with an expectation of being in-office at least three (3) days per week.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management) AND 5+ years’ experience in financial management, project management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years program management experience

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Power-user of Teams and PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI (Business Insights), AI tools a plus.
  • Experience with large scale change management and Coaching
    Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
