As of 2022, our systems of BCG Switzerland, Germany & Austria (G&A), and CEE (Central Eastern Europe) have been united to form our new BCG system called Central Europe (CE). What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a seasoned and visionary (Senior) HR Business Partner to drive talent development and embed a strong performance culture across our BST functions. As the key advisor to function heads and line managers, you’ll design and implement HR strategies, enable impactful people decisions, and shape a high-performing, growth-focused Business Service Team (BST) organization.
