The HR Business Partner will provide operational HR support for the Corporate Functions. We are looking for someone passionate about HR and with attention to the data and details that impact the business and employee’s experience.   What will be your main areas of accountability? * Staffing and onboarding: Manage selection process and induction of new hires (internal or external). * Compensation & Benefits: Execute Corporate compensation and benefits programs (compensation planning, salary surveys and analysis, salary reviews, bonus management, pay transparency, etc.). * Talent & Performance Management:  * Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including key talent, succession planning, and performance assessment.  * Coordinate the Global Employee Development Program (GEDP): performance, development and succession planning. * Learning & Development: Understand the training/development needs of organization, act as liaison with AMU to deliver or secure appropriate training to the organization and/or define any other relevant development intervention. * International mobility: Support and follow-up mobility's and expatriates, packages, localization and relocation. * HR administration: Ensure the coordination with payroll for compensation & benefits, work contracts, legal cases, termination contract, work permits process, etc.  * HR Data base & Metrics: Make sure that the employees’ information is up to date. Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, etc. to line management. * HR projects: participate in HR project   What you'll need? * EDUCATION: * Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field * SKILLS & SPECIFICATION: * Minimum 8 years of experience in HR * Good written and verbal communication skills * Solid planning, organization and time management skills * Team player * Ability to work independently, use sound judgment and make decisions and recommendations * Ability to solve problems effectively: identifies the relevant issues, gathers information and input, applies sound reasoning and develops workable solutions * Strong sense of confidentiality. * You will have to be fluent in English   What we’ll offer: * A modern, dynamic and fast paced environment with plenty of opportunities to grow within the business,  * Highly skilled and inspiring colleagues-business partners from different backgrounds.
