About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize, and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today—across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing. The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablers. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Why This Role This is a high‑impact HR Business Partner role at the heart of the business. You will work directly with a senior leaders in 3 customer‑facing teams, managed accounts, SEM brand and CAT brand China region, shaping people strategies that enable commercial success, organizational agility, and leadership capability across all Growth Regions' locations. This role is ideal for an HR leader who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decisions, and translating strategy into practical people outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Aligning HR policies and programs for their business unit or region which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance. Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management. Leading team of HR professionals to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR. Top candidate needs to have: Business Acumen Strong understanding of how the business operates and creates value. Able to connect people decisions to financial, operational, and customer outcomes. Comfortable influencing decisions with structured thinking and sound judgment. Global & Regional Perspective Experience supporting organizations operating across regions or countries. Understands local regulatory and cultural considerations while aligning with global frameworks. Knowledge of Organization Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, culture, and informal networks. Able to align people strategies with enterprise vision and business priorities. Decision Making & Critical Thinking Uses data, experience, and judgment to assess options and recommend effective solutions. Anticipates risks and implications of people‑related decisions. Influence Builds credibility quickly with senior leaders. Influences outcomes through clear, confident communication and well‑structured insights. Able to challenge constructively and drive alignment.
