We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with our senior leadership teams across S&OP/Logistics, Northgate and Seven Hills Operational Sites, shaping people strategies that enable both business performance and cultural growth About the Role The Senior HR Business Partner – Central Supply will play a critical role in aligning our people agenda with operational priorities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Head of HR Business Partnering, the ANJ P&P Ops team, , you will influence, coach, and guide leaders through key business and people initiatives. This role is designed for someone who can bring strong HR expertise together with presence and credibility — someone able to balance strategic priorities with practical execution, and who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to deliver on strategic business and people priorities Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, leadership capability, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness Lead initiatives that drive employee development, engagement, retention, and cultural transformation Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated, best-in-class people solutions Manage HR projects including organizational change and workforce planning Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and data-driven decision making Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and team members, building capability across the function Contribute to global alignment by partnering with our International Operations team About You You will be an experienced HR professional who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You bring credibility and influence in the way you partner with leaders and can navigate the dynamics of operational and manufacturing environments with confidence What you bring: Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partnering or generalist role, ideally in operations, construction, or manufacturing environments A track record of coaching and developing leaders and teams Broad HR expertise across employee relations, talent, performance, and organizational development Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels Analytical capability with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills Undergraduate qualification in Human Resources (essential) Why Kraft Heinz?
