SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified, with a degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Background in professional services; experience in tech services is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and engage employees at all levels to drive the success of HR strategies.
  • Proven expertise in management training and development programs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of innovative changes to systems and processes that deliver significant business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams, providing HR support to align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and growth.
  • Champion key HR initiatives, such as learning and development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with leaders to foster a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on effective performance management practices. Ensure HR compliance and best practices across policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimise HR systems, ensuring they support business needs.
  • Champion efforts to create a dynamic workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to anticipate organisational needs and advise on recruitment strategies that ensure sustained success.
  • Analyse, monitor, and report on attrition trends, delivering actionable insights to address staff retention and engagement
  • Actively contribute to the Remuneration Committee by offering strategic advice and championing improvements in compensation policies and practices.
