Description
Drive and implement the execution of HR initiatives across Germany for all business groups. This includes planning, consultation, communication, and delivery within the local framework and a business mindset Act as a liaison with Workers' Councils and ensure alignment with local labor laws and labor relations practices. Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs and services tailored to local requirements. Provide consultation on HR topics such as compliance and policies, employee relations, compensation, talent development and staffing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes and initiatives i.e. digitalization and future of work Contribute to equity, inclusion, and employee engagement efforts across the organization. Solid experience (15+ years) in HR roles such as HR Generalist, Labor Relations/Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager. Strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR practices. Ability to build effective partnerships across various levels and work collaboratively with business leadership, HR and employees. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills oriented to business needs. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills in both German and English. Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
