Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a People, Culture and Change Manager to lead our Cabots, Acratex and Powders businesses, based in Clayton with very flexible working options.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change (PCC), you will work closely with leaders to provide customer focussed strategic and operational HR advice. You will have a pragmatic approach to guiding leaders in areas including talent management, capability, change management, and business transformation. You will be supported by our highly collaborative broader PCC team and will play a key role in the long-term growth plans of the DuluxGroup and our culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall strategic business leadership & support to the GMs, and their respective leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement in PCC processes including change leadership, talent management and business transformation
- Constructively challenge and support and coach leadership teams to best practice
- Provide people management coaching to managers and contribute to the ongoing development of building leadership capability.
