Description
We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Center of Excellence in Pune. This is a critical role that partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive a strong talent pipeline, build leadership capability, enable a high‑performance inclusive culture, and support organizational effectiveness across a dynamic and growing GSC organization. This position will also include responsibility of an HR Business partner for a team of 500+ employees to meet functional and corporate objectives, support respective teams for establishing and maintaining right environment and culture, assess organizational effectiveness, partner on talent acquisition, development, and retention plans Serve as a trusted HR Partner to leaders and employees to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role clarity, and change management initiatives Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and complex employee relations matters Drive employee engagement initiatives and convert engagement insights into measurable, actionable interventions Ensure compliance of human resources activities with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, policy deployment, employee lifecycle management, and audits Manage employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and separations in compliance with statutory and company guidelines Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership capability building Deliver HR projects and initiatives as required based on business priorities Guide managers on performance management, goal alignment, and constructive feedback conversations Track and analyze talent metrics (attrition, diversity, bench strength, mobility) to enable data‑driven decisions Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources from a reputed institute. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, talent management, and HR operations. Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
