JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will mainly support the business areas Group Human Resources, Group Legal, and Business Development with strategic guidance and act as a trusted HR partner for them.

  • Manage all relevant HR processes in your responsible business units (e.g. compensation & performance management, talent development, re-organizations, internal and international transfers & hirings, etc.)
  • HR contact for managers and employees on all hierarchical levels in all personnel management and labor law issues
  • Coordinate and steer professional recruitment for internal and external job vacancies
  • Manage and/or participate in national and international Group-wide HR projects
  • Support strategic HR initiatives, drive change processes and organizational transformation
  • Supervise HR administration from hiring to departure (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, notices of termination, and references) with the HR admin function

YOUR SKILLS

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a HR Business Partner role
  • Your experience is in interacting with Senior Management and dealing with different nationalities and cultures, as well as your willingness to work in a matrix environment
  • You have experience in trustfully working with works councils/unions and you master co-determination in all aspects
  • Your proven experience in how to act as a professional HR sparring partner to the business is required
  • You are a strong team player with an interactive, communicative, and structured working style
  • Your fluency in English & German (spoken & written) is a must for us
