Description: This role can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney. We have a brand new facility in Adelaide that serves as our Global HQ with hybrid working and then remote first in other states.
Our Chief People Officer is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our P&C team and genuinely partner with a few key leaders across the business to help us build the kind of culture that attracts, grows, and keeps the best in the world — a culture that scales as fast and far as our technology.
We’re a Series D Space Tech that is in scaling up phase, so prior experience in start up / scale ups is a must have and while we’re looking for strong HR generalist backgrounds, having strong L&D backgrounds or skills (creating and facilitating engaging training and coaching sessions) is also high on our priority list.
