Description
Partner with senior leaders across EMEA and APAC to shape and execute business and people strategies that drive organizational performance and employee engagement. Serve as the primary HR contact for all leaders outside of the U.S., ensuring consistent alignment with global HR practices while adapting for local needs. Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR and business leadership to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of global initiatives. Lead strategic HR initiatives including organization design, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. Advise leaders on complex people and organizational matters with a focus on strategic impact, cultural nuance, and business outcomes. Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Learning, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions across regions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in the regions of responsibility. Act as a cultural bridge and advocate, ensuring that regional perspectives are well-represented in global strategies and programs. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic business partner capacity supporting international teams. Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written); additional European language(s) a plus. Strong business acumen with demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational performance. Deep understanding of European labor markets, employment law, and cultural diversity; APAC experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at all levels. Experience navigating complex, matrixed global organizations. Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
