As our HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic ally to our leadership team. You’ll help translate business goals into people strategies, ensuring our teams are engaged, high-performing, and equipped to thrive. Your work will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain top talent, shaping the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. Implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career progression. Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases, balancing business and employees’ interest. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we attract and hire the right talent for our culture and goals. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Our Requirements: Proven experience of at least 8–10-year experience in HR Business Partnering. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organisational development principles. • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills—you can build trust at all levels. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. A passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation is a plus.
