About the Role We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team and take ownership of all HR-relevant topics in our Commercial organization, working in close partnership with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, you will act as a strategic sparring partner for the Commercial leadership team and play a key role in shaping the people agenda for a business area that is central to our company’s success. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who combines a pragmatic mindset with strong conceptual thinking and enjoys contributing to both operational and strategic topics. You will contribute to the advancement of our people development landscape by bringing strong conceptual thinking and experience in areas such as organizational design, career development, and talent frameworks – in close collaboration with our Development & Culture team. You’ll operate in a dynamic and international environment with a focus on the German market, which includes labor law expertise and adapting people initiatives to local legal and cultural contexts Job Description About your tasks: Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CCO and Commercial leadership team on all people-related matters. Drive the translation of business strategy into people actions, including org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability building. Partner closely with the Development & Culture team on cross-functional topics such as: Job Architecture and career pathing, Talent review processes, Organizational development initiatives and change management. Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects with impact across the commercial organization, supporting business transformation and future growth. Support and advise on core HR cycles (Annual Operating Plan, Forecasting, Performance Review, Merit & Promotion rounds). Provide hands-on support and guidance in complex employee relations topics, based on solid understanding of German labor law. Represent Germany in cross-country HR BP meetings and share best practices across locations. Qualifications About You: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. You bring substantial experience as an HR Business Partner in an international company, ideally in a commercial or sales-driven environment. You have in-depth knowledge of German labor law You are business-savvy, solution-oriented, and confident in advising senior leaders on both strategic and operational HR topics. You have a strong interest in people development, organizational effectiveness, and culture topics. You combine pragmatism with strategic foresight, and are comfortable operating at different levels – from concept design to hands-on execution. You are fluent in German and have strong English skills; other European languages are a plus.
