You will join a professional HR team and work closely with management, the board of directors, and your HR colleagues.Function

• Advising and supporting managers regarding recruitment, internal mobility, and departure.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management regarding organizational issues and team development
• Managing complex personnel and absenteeism cases
• Promoting sustainable employability and employee development
• Implementing, optimizing, and securing HR processes and policies
• Supporting change processes and organizational development
• Identifying HR trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Guiding performance management and talent development
• Ensuring a positive employee experience
• Actively contribute to projects within People & Culture
• Collaborate with the HR Manager, HR Advisor, Recruiter, and HR Employee on the further professionalization of the department.

Profile

• Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level + Completed Bachelor's degree in HRM or similar
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar HR role
• Knowledge of employment law, absence management, and HR policy
• Experience as an advisor and sparring partner for management and the board of directors
• Experience with organizational development, change processes, and HR projects
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Ability to switch between strategic and operational levels

• Salary between €4,300 and €5,700 gross per month
