As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our global Product teams by partnering with leaders across Buying, Design and Production. Your focus will be to bring structure, insight and simplicity to how we work — helping our teams stay aligned, confident and ready for the future. What you will do: Partner with leaders in Buying, Design and Production to align people priorities with business goals. Drive organisational development, workforce planning and change initiatives that secure future capabilities. Coach and guide leaders (including newly appointed managers) to strengthen leadership capability and team performance. Support a modern employee experience by ensuring people processes are relevant, simple and business‑driven. Use insights and data to identify opportunities, shape decision‑making and continuously improve how we work. What you need to succeed Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within fashion, luxury or retail, or in organisations with strong creative and product‑driven functions. Strong background in organisational design, change management and leadership development. Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and expert teams, with the ability to offer clear guidance and constructive challenge. Experience with modern HR frameworks including job architecture, talent planning, performance development and succession. Strong communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and international locations.
