Working closely with our clients, we deliver strategically aligned workforce solutions in areas including change management, diversity and inclusion, organisational development, health and safety, industrial and employee relations, remuneration and benefits, and recruitment. Our focus is on building organisational capability and enabling VU to deliver on its strategic agenda.   About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic and tactical HR advice. You will lead change initiatives, coach leaders, and deliver contemporary people solutions that drive engagement and build high-performing teams.
