- Building trusted partnerships with leaders to co-create people-centred solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
- Providing expert advice and coaching on employee relations, talent management, retention strategies, workforce planning and performance development.
- Supporting and guiding change initiatives—ensuring people impacts are well understood and managed.
- Offering case management and ER support with confidence, professionalism, and care.
- Driving continuous improvement by embedding modern HR tools, practices, and frameworks.
- Championing culture, innovation, and strategic thinking across all aspects of P&C.WHAT SETS YOU APART
- A tertiary qualification in HR, IR, or a related field, along with solid experience in strategic HR business partnering within complex environments.
- You’re a trusted advisor with the ability to influence, coach and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreements, and how to apply them practically.
- You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit.
