WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Robert Walters B.V., you will play an instrumental role in aligning people strategies with business goals across four diverse European markets. Your proven background as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner equips you with the expertise needed to navigate complex international landscapes while supporting both business objectives and employee needs. You bring deep understanding of regional employment law-particularly Dutch or French-and have hands-on experience working with Works Councils. Your fluency in English (and ideally Dutch) allows you to connect meaningfully across borders. You are adept at interpreting financial data for strategic planning purposes and have demonstrated success leading teams through periods of change. Your collaborative style ensures strong partnerships with senior stakeholders while your empathetic approach helps create supportive environments where everyone feels valued.
