The position is carried out in a hybrid model, from our office in Warsaw - 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days remotely. Job Description As an HR Business Partner at Techland, you will be a strategic advisor and the comprehensive support for business, managers, and employees on all levels of the organization. The goal is to actively contribute to company growth and Employees’ development. Main responsibilities: Designing and management of HR projects/processes, in areas such as benefits, employee evaluation, performance management, job satisfaction monitoring, and communication; Comprehensive support of all Techland employees (onboarding, training, motivational programs, providing feedback, coaching, offboarding); Implementation of tools to improve employee related processes (promotions, engagement, performance); Identify and strategically help develop talent; Supporting change implementation process in the organization; Ensuring the compliance of work conditions with changing labor law provisions; Monitoring, analyzing data, and recommending adjustments to the HR strategy to align with evolving business needs; Designing and supporting L&D activities; Leading workshops & working with groups. Qualifications At least five years of experience in HR BP roles, preferably in a creative industry; Proven knowledge of HR processes & labor law; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & strong project–wise thinking in terms of scale (introducing solutions that have been designed for years); Proven 'big picture' attitude and ability to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals; Solid communication & coaching skills – to effectively build relations through building trust and credibility; Co-op mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others; Proven experience in building employee engagement; Proactive approach and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on; Ability to set development goals, understanding the internal needs, vision, and mission of the company as well as the public image of the organization; Flexibility & respect for the individuality and uniqueness of every person; Very good command of English and Polish. Nice to have: Good practical knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheet); experience in work with hiBob HRIS system Knowledge of Insight Discovery & DISC 3 methodology; Experience in events management & employer branding activities; Experience in supporting expats.
