5. Talent & Resourcing: Collaborate with the TM team to deliver a pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerate high potential development in Technology business area. Contribute to Talent Reviews across the function and follow through on outcomes in business areas; ensure robust talent, succession, and scenario plans are in place, facilitating performance and potential calibration. Actively support all talent management programs Support the Diversity & Inclusion agenda in business areas. Play a key part in senior resourcing for business areas (in partnership with Resourcing colleagues). Interview and calibrate agreed/key management in business areas. 6. Ensure understanding of management development programs to ensure effective development at key transition points on the management/leadership ladder and drive uptake of development programs relevant to BU-specific priorities. Coach executives across business areas, in collaboration with COEs. 7. Communications & Engagement: Partner with leadership to ensure teams have a clear understanding of the relationship between Vodacom (business), functional, team, and individual goals and their role in contributing towards the delivery of the overall strategy. Focus the business areas on continuously improving employee engagement by facilitating the development of the People Survey action plan, etc. 8. Relationship Management & Partnering: Build a high 'support & challenge' relationship with leadership team members. 'Walk the tightrope' of being part of the business areas yet maintaining an objective HR perspective. 9. Employee Relations Risk Management: Conduct ER impact and risk assessments and ensure that ER processes, including grievances, incapacity, and discipline, are properly coordinated. A relevant 3-year degree/diploma (e.g., Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, etc.) - essential. A post-graduate qualification will be advantageous. Experience in IT/Telecom sectors in a Business Partner capacity. Over 8 years of applicable experience in Human Resources, with at least 4-5 years in HR Business Partnering roles 2 years of experience as an HR professional interfacing with senior leadership Foundational knowledge and/or experience in change management, people organization plans.
