Responsibilities
Acting as a sparring partner and advisor for managers on organizational development and team-related issues;
Contributing to the HR agenda and being (jointly) responsible for the successful implementation of HR policy across ASG. In the coming years, the focus will be on leadership, cultural change (social safety), and talent development;
Thinking along and taking an active role in the development and implementation of strategic personnel plans and organizational issues;
Participating in various HR projects, such as Leadership, Organizational Design, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Safety, or Recognition & Rewards.
