POSITION SUMMARY

LaserAway is seeking a strategic and solutions-focused Senior Manager, HR Compliance to help strengthen our commitment to a fair, accountable, and legally sound workplace. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead initiatives that promote compliance, reduce legal risk, and ensure consistent resolution of employee concerns across the organization.
This role is ideal for a collaborative HR leader who thrives on navigating complex employee relations issues, interpreting employment law, and building programs that align people practices with business goals. You’ll partner closely with leaders at every level to provide expert guidance, foster a culture of integrity, and proactively manage risk in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
