This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, commercially minded Senior HR Consultant ready to join a small, bespoke values-driven, growing business based in Rossendale. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client service while helping shape Metis HR’s next phase of growth. The role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to influence both operations and client acquisition strategy in a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a shareholder and thereby benefit from the increasing value of the business over time and become an integral part of the business.

ROLE PURPOSE

To deliver high-quality, timely, commercially minded HR and employment law advice to SME clients, while actively contributing to the growth of Metis HR through fee earning business development and strategic input. You will advise across the full spectrum of employment matters—from complex disciplinary cases to statutory holiday entitlements—with a client-first mindset. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a pivotal role in winning and onboarding new clients.
