Key accountabilities: Lead HR analytics projects from data extraction to insight delivery Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense Perform advanced data analysis using Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Build and deploy machine learning models for HR use cases Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions Design and deliver advanced HR analytics projects across the employee lifecycle Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies Support ad hoc reporting across the HR organization Data Visualization: Power BI, Qlik Sense Programming & Analysis: Python, SQL Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage) HR Systems: SAP SuccessFactors Productivity Tools: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs Ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical audiences Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics Proven experience in HR analytics or data science roles Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills Excellent command of the English language Not a perfect fit?
