Position Summary:
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Senior HR/Engagement Data Analyst! The Senior HR/Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s employee engagement and turnover reporting strategy. This role partners closely with HR, Operations, and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HR data analysis, advanced proficiency in a BI Reporting Tool, and a passion for turning complex data into clear, compelling analysis.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $95,000-120,000 annually, depending on experience!
Location: Walnut Creek, CA; Charlotte, NC or Remote

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably HR data analytics, with a strong focus on engagement and turnover metrics).
  • Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools (i.e. DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker); experience building executive-level dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex datasets into simple narratives.
  • Exceptional communication skills & strong interpersonal skills; able to partner across diverse personalities and working styles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft a plus) and survey platforms.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
