The Senior Executive, HRIS is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms. As a subject matter expert, the role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and seamless integration with external platforms, while collaborating with HR teams, IT, and vendors to deliver effective and sustainable HR solutions. Beyond system management, the role also enables data-driven decision making and supports HR transformation initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HRIS or HR technology roles, preferably with cloud-based systems (Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, analytics, and user training is preferred.
  • Internal candidates with relevant HR experience will be prioritised.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong technical skills in HRIS configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, employee lifecycle) and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, dashboards).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple rollouts and enhancements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage leaders, global teams, vendors, and government agencies effectively.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
