Description
We are now recruiting Senior HR Executive, Compensation & Benefits to join the team. This role will be from February to September 2026. Support the Manager-HR Compensation & Benefits with focus in benefits related matters at schools and ESF Centre and the execution of day-to-day tasks Strategic Support in Benefits Assist the smooth implementation of the Flexible Benefits insurance programmes Liaise and communicate with Insurer and insurance broker Handle and follow through special medical insurance cases Arrange annual flu shot programmes for staff and eligible dependants Present medical details at the support staff induction (English) session Arrange the annual employee communication programmes Support the regular tender exercise for broker and insurer Assist in compiling different cost models related to benefit enhancements Assist in annual benefits surveys Coordinate the wellness workshops Provide support at the annual Health Day Support in Compensation: Conduct desk researches Support coordination with HRIS team and the broker related to system integration to the new HR system Support the regular recruitment data compensation analysis Operational Support Assist on various projects e.g. organise HR Forum Perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives Requirements Bachelor degree in human resources or related discipline preferred Minimum five years in human resources function and some experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred Strong analytical and numeracy skills enabling the gathering and summarising of large amounts of numerical data Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Research skills relevant to gathering competitive C&B information in HK and relevant overseas markets HK Employment practice Understand Hong Kong economic condition Human Resources Information Systems eg. IPL, Oracle or Workday Customer Service Oriented Takes initiative Detail-minded Strong relationship building skills Highly analytical Collaborative and Influential Delivers results in agreed timeframe Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Executive.
