We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who is not just managing processes, but shaping the employee experience at Corzent. You’ll work closely with teams and leadership while having the space to improve how we support, engage, and care for our people every day. What you will be doing: Manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding Assist in planning and coordinating learning, training, and development programs Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated onboarding experience for all new joiners Maintain and oversee accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance standards Coordinate and support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely HR support Manage HR administration responsibilities and general workplace administration Provide coordination support for internal events and engagement activities alongside the events lead Support performance management processes and employee feedback cycles Work closely with leadership and teams to ensure a positive employee experience across the organization Contribute to improving HR processes, policies, and internal practices Support HR reporting and operational requirements What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a general HR / HR operations role Hands-on experience handling payroll coordination and HR documentation Exposure to performance management, L&D coordination, and employee engagement initiatives Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR administration Experience managing general office administration responsibilities Experience in HR analytical skills Good coordination skills to support internal activities and events Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail A people-first mindset with the ability to build trust across teams Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality What’s On Offer We provide a great environment and platform for employees to build their career.
