We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, primarily focusing on payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (Info-tech & KNOW).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
  • Experience working in F&B or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, calculating overtime, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime hours.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
