JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience as an HR Executive.
  • Experience in the SQL Payroll System.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
  • Proven experience in implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral).
  • Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented management.

Responsibilities:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full spectrum of human resources related activities including recruitment and manpower planning.
  • Oversee employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development, and employee retention.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate and administer day-to-day HR operational and general administrative duties.
  • Handle employee relations and industrial disputes.
  • Coordinate in the performance review procedures as well as engage in career development initiatives and oversee performance management.
  • Implement strategies for employee retention.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data for information reporting and management decision-making.
