JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years working experience as an HR Executive.
- Experience in the SQL Payroll System.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
- Proven experience in implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral).
- Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented management.
Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full spectrum of human resources related activities including recruitment and manpower planning.
- Oversee employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development, and employee retention.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Coordinate and administer day-to-day HR operational and general administrative duties.
- Handle employee relations and industrial disputes.
- Coordinate in the performance review procedures as well as engage in career development initiatives and oversee performance management.
- Implement strategies for employee retention.
- Prepare reports and analyse data for information reporting and management decision-making.
