Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all organizational levels in line with the approved manpower plan & budget.
  • Develop, update, & maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) for all key positions
  • in consultation with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, Employment Contracts, Visa Processing, travel arrangements, airport pickups, accommodation, onboarding, & employee induction to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) on labour card applications, visa

processing, & related government documentation.

  • Track & maintain Emiratization ratio & timely hiring of Emiratis.
  • Identify & onboard Contract Labour suppliers while monitoring contract labour utilization against approved budgets.

HR Operations:

  • Monitor & follow up on Employee-Related Matters, including visa renewals, food handler card renewals, insurance claims, & other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate Employee Records, both electronically within the HR system & in

physical personnel files.

  • Process monthly payroll through ERP system.
  • Track probation periods, coordinate performance evaluations, & issue confirmation letters upon successful completion.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances in a timely & fair manner.
  • Monitor daily & weekly overtime & contract labour utilization, & prepare

monthly reports for management.

  • Support the Administration team in managing staff accommodation

issues & coordinating employee emergencies.

  • Assist the PRO in handling police complaints, traffic accident cases, & other legal or
  • government-related documentation involving employees.
  • Assist the HR Head with labour inspections, external audit documentation & in managing the auditors.
  • Administer Disciplinary Procedures, including issuing warning letters & managing
  • misconduct cases in coordination with line managers.
  • Promote & ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Hygiene, & Environmental (SHHE)
  • policies in collaboration with HSE Officer.
  • Manage employee separations, including resignation acceptance, notice period
  • administration, exit formalities, full & final settlements, & clearance processes.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate & organize skill-based & on-the-job training programs for the sales team in collaboration with line managers, while tracking training effectiveness & progress.
  • Plan & facilitate regular Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Manufacturing
  • Practices (GMP), & on-the-job training programs for production & logistics employees, ensuring training completion & compliance.
  • Maintain training records, monitor participation, & provide periodic reports on
  • employee development initiatives.
