As part of their growing HR team, they are now seeking an Senior HR Executive to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and financial industry HR regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and personnel records.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR systems (HRIS).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including documentation and benefits enrollment.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and track professional development initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and financial industry HR policies.
  • Assist in HR audits, reporting, and regulatory filings as required.Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and advise on necessary policy updates.
