JOB SCOPE

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, and planning manpower needs.
• Participate in career fairs and conduct store visits to support recruitment efforts and build a talent pipeline.
• Handle work pass matters, such as applications, renewals, and cancellations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the Time Attendance system and maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
• Draft and prepare various company letters, including confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.
