Requirements 5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies. An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond. Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants. A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions , you create solutions. A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor.
