As a Senior HR Generalist (Temporary), you’ll play a key role in optimizing HR systems, shaping employee experiences, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to our community. While this is a temporary, non-benefits-eligible position, it's an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, showcase your skills, and potentially grow into future opportunities within the organization. What You’ll Do: Collaborate across HR and IT teams to improve system integration and reporting. Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders for compensation project. Audit and align HR data for consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Review and help consolidate HR policies and procedures across departments. Manage and execute special HR projects, from process improvements to employee engagement and HR centralization initiatives. Stay up to date on HR laws, trends, and best practices, ensuring our policies remain current and compliant. Provide guidance, support, and backup for HR functions as needed. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and five (5) years of HR experience – OR – associate’s degree and seven (7) years of HR experience – OR – HS Diploma/GED and ten (10) years of HR experience. At least five (5) years of hands-on HRIS experience, including Paylocity HR administrator experience. CompEase compensation experience required. Proven ability to manage data, systems, and processes with precision and care. Experience working in an Indigenous community — and a deep respect for Indigenous cultures, values, and traditions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems. Experience working in a Healthcare setting Strong communication, confidentiality, and collaboration skills.
