You’ll be joining a growing, fully remote HR team made up of recruiters, generalists, and coordinators. We wear many hats and love bringing new ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of comprehensive HR HR experience with a focus on improving processes, compliance, and employee experience. You could be an excellent fit if you enjoy research, have, has a knack for refining processes, and are comfortable working in a complex, multi-state environment.

• Be a go-to resource for employees, supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle
• Partner with Finance and Operations on payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Lead and support recurring annual events like performance reviews and compensation analysis
• Stay up to date on multi-state employment laws and help keep us compliant and well-documented
• Research HR topics and trends, propose improvements, and help implement better ways of working
• Take on projects that make our processes smoother and our people’s experience better
