Job Description Role Purpose You will support HRBPs in the execution and implementation of people and talent strategies that create value for the business. You play a key role in ensuring coordination of key initiatives across large, functionally aligned employee populations. You will provide data driven insights and inputs that help shape our strategy, and drive accountability for the successful implementation of goals and initiatives. ​ ​Key Accountabilities HR Project support. Work closely with HR Business Partners to implement key HR initiatives, projects and interventions that support the business strategy. Talent management and development. Assist with the organization and execution of Talent Reviews with our HR Business partners, and help maintain reporting and tracking of succession plans and actions. Organizational effectiveness. Support HR Business Partners in executing against organizational effectiveness strategies such as workforce planning, development of competencies and new role profiles and skills matrix. Additionally, you’ll leverage data to contribute to business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, talent planning etc. Change management and communication. Assist with the roll out of key change initiatives and communication plans. Support HR Business Partners in building change management materials, gathering stakeholder feedback, and tracking on the execution progress of plans. Data quality. Maintain oversight on proper data hygiene and governance, ensuring consistency of job titles, Workforce Architecture levels, job families, open roles in line with the our blueprint. Reporting and analysis. Develop, maintain and deliver HR reports with a clear operating rhythm - including census, spans and layers progress, workday position management, performance management discipline, annual compensation cycles etc to support business decision-making and ensure compliance. You may also be required to ad hoc reporting and insights to HRBPs and business leaders, enabling data-driven workforce planning and execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience. 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably either in the HR analytics space or HR business partnering. Strong Excel and Analysis skills - demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision making Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees.
