About the Opportunity NOK HC is hiring on behalf of a prominent flexible workspace operator in Cairo. You will drive day-to-day HR across recruitment, personnel/payroll, performance, engagement, and compliance for multi-site teams. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle hiring for site & HQ roles; partner with site leads and leasing/community teams. Manage personnel files, attendance, payroll inputs, and social insurance (forms 1/2/6). Lead onboarding, orientation, and probation follow-ups. Support performance reviews, corrective actions, and manager coaching. Maintain HRIS reports and compliance dashboards; handle medical insurance enrollments. Roll out HR policies, culture and engagement initiatives across District 5 & Sheikh Zayed. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 3–6 years HR experience including recruitment + payroll/personnel in Egypt. Strong command of Egyptian labor law & social insurance. Proficient Excel/HRIS; solid communication in Arabic & English. Hospitality/retail/serviced-offices exposure is a plus. Job Conditions Location: District 5 (New Cairo) & Sheikh Zayed.
