Description
The Senior HR Generalist will support the HR function across multiple operational areas, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and personnel administration. The role requires a detail-oriented and professional individual who ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including coordination and candidate follow-ups. Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction. Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee records and HR databases. Handle personnel administration activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws. Prepare basic HR reports and support ongoing HR projects as required. Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–7 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Professional demeanor with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Competencies Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
