We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to help build and scale a best-in-class employee experience at 2F. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across the company, driving core HR processes such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You’ll also help ensure our HR practices align with federal contracting requirements, remote workforce needs, and our high-performance culture.
This role reports to the Director of People & Talent and partners closely with Recruiting, Finance, Security, and Department Leads.
Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.
