Responsibilities
  • Conducts full cycle recruiting process including: post open positions and build candidate pool pipelines, screen resumes and route through appropriate channels, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct in-person and phone interviews, complete reference and background checks, communicate employer information and benefits during recruiting process etc.
  • Develops and tracks measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process including recruiting KPIs.
  • Administers employee onboarding and offboarding for specific region
  • Oversees and manages HNI Internship Program, policy, and process.
  • Conducts exit interviews; analyzes turnover and compiles and analyzes resulting data and comments.
  • Facilitates new hire on-boarding survey for all new hires; analyzes resulting data.
  • Conducts clinical and non-clinical staff new hire orientations.
  • Administers and manages the performance management program process according to established policy and procedure – including 90-day review, mid-year review, and annual review.
  • Participates in staff meetings and continuing education, and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times for all matters.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
