Do you want to…. * apply your data capturing, analytical, and HR reporting skills to provide the information our business needs * use reporting and data insights to enable evidenced based decision making * develop tools and dashboards to provide useful data to support business objectives Key responsibilities: Ensure the data and information is well presented in line with reporting needs for all HR systems including HRIS, Payroll, H&S, and recruitment Analyse and interpret HR information and provide written and graphical reports including recommendations on business actions Develop and maintain reports and reporting tools Create complex reports using SQL Provide advice on best practice for the collection of HR data to support business reporting Ensure all regular reporting obligations are fulfilled for both internal and external customers What skills, knowledge and experience you will bring? Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying business insights Excellent organisational skills, high levels of initiative, and attention to detail Experience with providing accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external customers Proficient with reporting tools in HR/Payroll systems (Oracle HCM, iChris/Chris21), Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps Experience in data management, reporting, and quality assurance practices High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment, adaptable and well organised Why us?
