JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resource functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Extensive experience in recruitment and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
• Experience in managing HR teams and working with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
