Alstom is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager based in the Melbourne CBD, for a full time permanent role. Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead for ANZ, this position will be responsible for evaluating, developing, deploying and maintaining employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for Alstom’s Signalling Projects on the East Coast - this includes the Rail Network Alliance, Suburban Rail Loop, Digital Systems, Sydney Metro and some smaller projects in Victoria.
