Location: Domlur, Bengaluru Travel Requirements: Occasional Employment Type: Full time Work Arrangement: Work from Office (WFO) Working Days: Six-day policy ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. HR GENERALIST FUNCTIONS Strategic planning and handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation and policy adherence as per company and the government requirements Digitize HR processes including recruitment workflows, employee records, training programs, and performance tracking. Develop HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. 2. ATTRITION CONTROL & RETENTION Analyze attrition trends and work with operations to design and implement retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews, identify patterns, and take corrective/preventive actions. Design employee satisfaction and engagement surveys to track and improve morale. 3. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across all branches locations. Foster a culture of recognition, motivation, and team bonding. Create and drive internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed and involved. 4. RECRUITMENT AND TALENT ACQUISITION Oversee hiring and all type of recruitments including campus interviews Coordinate with agencies, job portals, and internal references to build a strong talent pipeline. Ensure timely closure of positions to support business continuity. 5. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Develop an L&D team to ensure timely induction and on-the-job training. Identify skill gaps and support the planning of development programs for operations, team leaders, veterinary doctors, veterinary nurses, veterinary care assistants, customer facing teams and support staff. 6. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as operations managers, VPC’s, HOD’s to align HR initiatives with business needs. Serve as the HR point of contact for addressing escalations and resolving workforce issues effectively. Ensure timely communication and feedback loops between employees and Senior leadership team (SLT) to support a transparent and responsive HR environment. 7. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Managing annual appraisal process: goal-setting, mid-cycle reviews, and development planning. Identify high-potential talent and support leadership development and succession planning Conduct of one-on-one meetings and generating monthly reports Address absenteeism, performance management and grievances with fairness and consistency WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: a) Must-Haves: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner role. Experience within the health industry will be considered an additional advantage. Skills: Proven experience in handling HR operations. Candidates with experience managing operations across multiple locations will be given more weightage. b) Nice-to-Haves: Proven track record in reducing attrition and driving employee engagement. Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. c) Tools & Skills Required: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the drive to continuously improve HR processes and practices Stakeholder management and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams. Ability to work within a multicultural background Sound knowledge in latest HR, BI and AI tools. Experience with HRMS like Keka/ Zoho/Greyt HR will be given preference Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO: Collaborating with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Coach and develop supervisors and managers to build confidence and decision making capability Lead recruitment and onboarding for critical site based roles Aligning HR policies and programs for the division which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance. Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc. Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop reports to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management. Implementation of a 'future-ready' workplace culture REPORTING STRUCTURE: This role will report directly to the Administration Head.
