THE ROLE

As the Senior HR Manager at INFINIT, you will play a critical role in building and leading the people function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to set the foundations for HR, develop scalable processes and policies.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR, ideally with time spent in high-growth start-ups or tech environments.
• Ideally a strong grasp of employment legislation and HR compliance particularly in Spain, UK & France.
• Experience designing HR process, programs and policies from scratch and implementing
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Hands-on and proactive—willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English
