Job Description: Senior HR Manager Job Summary This position is responsible for designing, planning and implementing HR policies and procedure including staffing, employee orientation, recruitment, retention, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, training, performance management, management development, organization development, administration, and facilities. HR Senior Manager is responsible for managing all the day-to-day functions of the HR and Admin. department and acts as the primary contact for executives, managers and employees in any employment related issues. Role and Responsibilities - Managing HR and Admin section of the HAEMEA - Setting up overall HR policies and process for the newly established company - Reporting line to CEO working in Dubai - Developing, recommending, and implementing the most effective HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives - Providing clear instructions on HR and Admin department mission, objectives, KPI, and goals - Designing and executing efficient recruitment strategies to attract top talents - Managing the annual performance management and career development - Managing the compensation and local benefit packages tailored to local needs(e.g. medical coverage) - Handling all the employee relations and internal investigations in compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant HR policies - Adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Job Qualification: - BA in HR or related field required - MA in HR or related field preferred - 10+ years of experiences in HR, including 2-3 years of experiences in leadership roles - Solid knowledge of HR management/ policies, employee relations, local labor laws and regulations - Experience of working in a multinational organization preferred - Experience of setting up HR policies for the NewCo - Experience of working in IT business preferred - Understanding of IT service industry - [Required] Fluent in English / [Preferred] Intermediate in Korean, Arabic - Proficient in MS Office Working Conditions: - Expected Date of Recruitment: 1 Mar 2025 / Negotiable - Salary: Salary depending on experience and skills - Term of the Contract: Permanent / (6 months of probation period) - Working Hours: +40 hours per week - Annual leaves: 22 working days - Severance payment: As per UAE labor law - Insurance: Support - Visa: Support - Flight fee to home country: Support(a round-trip ticket once a year) - Accompanying Family: Support(Visas and insurance for the accompanying family)
