Are you looking to become part of a dynamic, international team? Are you seeking a challenging position that offers you creative freedom and responsibility? If so, we’re looking for you as our new (Senior) HR Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time and work remotely from anywhere in Germany!

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on HR management or labor law
  • You bring at least 4–5 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in an international and medium-sized business environment
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of HR operations and labor law topics
  • You have extensive experience supporting employees across multiple countries, including collaboration with local partners and EOR providers
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, even in a remote-first environment
  • You are fluent in both German and English, additional foreign language skills are a plus
  • You have solid experience in HR project management and using various HR tools
  • You demonstrate a hands-on mentality, flexibility, and dynamism
  • Nice to have: Recruiting experience and background in the digital marketing industry
Responsibilities
  • You take care of all people-related matters, both operational and strategic, while keeping the bigger picture in mind like drawing up employment contracts or the company-wide introduction of a performance management system
  • You act as a point of contact and business partner for our professionals and leaders, providing legal advice that aligns with our mission
  • You manage all HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations
  • You prepare employment contracts or contract adjustments yourself or collaborate with external partners in an international context
  • You contribute to and lead HR projects that are integrated into our global corporate strategy and help shape our company culture
  • You ensure efficient HR processes in an international environment and continuously improve them through automation and data-driven approaches
  • You support the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international, medium-sized company
