The Human Resources team at Northland is expanding, and we are looking for an HR leader to join our team as Senior Human Resources Manager for the Northland Restaurant Group. This role is based out of our Vancouver office and supports multiple restaurant brands, including Moxies, Chop, Shark Club, Boulevard, and Tavern. This role provides mentorship to team members part of the Restaurants HR team and support to multi-unit operations leaders.
The successful candidate will assist in creating, implementing, organizing and executing HR initiatives and programs to support our company’s overall business strategy and objectives. You will be directly involved in all facets of the HR department, including but not limited to, employer of choice programs, recruiting, policies and procedures, HRIS, employee relations and operations partnerships.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the agility to adapt to changing conditions are essential to success in this role.
